هو عبارة عن محاولة لملئ الفراغ التنظيمي الذي يعاني منه الكيان الإنساني برمته من خلال تجميع كل الزوايا النقدية المتفرقة المرصودة لتقييم الجانب الأخلاقي في المجتمع الإرتري ..
