جبهة التحرير الارترية بداية ونهاية

الحلقة 17 والأخيرة

تطرق الأستاذ إبراهيم محمد علي في كتابة في مقارنة بين جيش التحرير الارتري الذي هو من بين قياداته في اللجنة التنفيذية والجيش الشعبي والمقارنة كان من المفترض أن تكون في ظرف محدد أي إبان الهجوم على جبهة التحرير الارترية في الفترة ما بين 1980م ــ 1981م أوقبيل تلك الفترة لمقاربة ميزان القوة البشري والتسليحي والاستخباري والاستعداد النفسي والتعبوي للمواجهة وللأسف الشديد فأن الأستاذ قد خلط في أمر المقارنة بين وضع الجيشين في تلك الفترة وما بعد وقال في عوامل نصر الشعبية في الجانب السياسي .

* الخطة الواضحة لازاحة الجبهة والانفراد بالساحة الارترية

* دخول قيادة الجبهة الشعبية المعركة وفق خطة واضحة ومدروسة .

* المبادرة بشن الحرب بأسلوب المباغتة وضرب الخلفية .

* التفوق النوعي الذي تميز به الجيش الشعبي أساليب القتال سرعة الانتشار والمهاجمة في مواقع مختلفة في آن معاً أو الالتفاف.

وتابع قائلاً إن هذه الميزات للجيش الشعبي إنما تعني التخطيط المسبق لموقع الهجوم والمعلومات الكافيه وساحة إنتشار الخصم ولتسريع العمل وفروا وسائط نقل الجيش وإنزاله في أقرب نقطة للموقع المستهدف .

وقال أحدثت الشعبية بالانتصارات الاولية هزة معنوية ونفسية وارتباك في صفوف الجبهة وحسمت المعركة لمصلحتها في غضون الاسبوع الأول وقبل مغادرة الوفد للميدان ، والسؤال أين وصلت تلك القوات على الأرض في الاسبوع الأول والتي قال عنها الاستاذ قطعت نصف المشوار قبل مغادرة الوفد ؟ ولأننا بصدد أن نقف على أمر تاريخي نتفق معه في الخلاصة التي وصل إليها أو نختلف بناء على ما يطرح ومقارنتة بما جرى ميدانياً وسياسياً والشواهد التاريخية ، ولكنه وللأسف كلام مرسل يعوزه الكثير من الأدلة والبراهين والشواهد والمواقع والجبهات والفاعلين ويوميات الأحداث بدقة ، و قراءة الأستاذ كانت أشبه بأمر مخطط له وضع هيكله الكتابي العام ثم نزلت الوقائع لكسو عظام ذلك الهيكل وبهدف تأكيد وتثبيت تلك الخاتمة أخذ يقود القراء بين تفاصيل وقصة تلك الأحداث بفنون اوادوات القصة التي تبدأ من عند خاتمتها وتصب كل الأحداث والروي من عند تلك النقطة إلى الأمام والراوي لايصوغ ولايرغب في كل ما يخرج بالناس عما أراد من نهايات وهذا الأسلوب متعارف عليه في الروي القصصي ، أما السرد التاريخي فأمره مختلف يحتاج للكثير من الشواهد والأدلة والبراهين وعلى كل حال من المعروف عند الباحثين في أمر الوقائع التاريخية أن رواية الفاعلين مترعة بالأناء والدفاع عن الذات والمواقف الذاتية المعروفة للناس وغير المعروفة إلا للفرقاء الخصوم وفي حالة كتاب الأستاذ كانت مواقف تموج بالتعارض ، وعلى كل حال يستفاد منها في التأشير للحدث وتاريخه لتتبعه من جديد ومعرفة حقيقة وقوعة ثم كيف وقع ولماذا وأين ومتى ومن الفرقاء الميدانيين المشاركين في ذلك الفعل ومن هو الحي بينهم ليستنطقهم الباحث وإشكالية الجبهة أن إرشيف يومياتها ذهب في معظمه مع ساقم وإستلمته الجبهة الشعبية ، وما يؤسف له أن الأستاذ يروي الحكايات وكأنه مراقب ومادام قد قال أن قيادة الشعبية فعلت كذا فكان من الأكرم والأجدى أن يحدثنا ويوضح لنا ما فعلوه هم في قيادة الجبهة وهو واحدا من القيادات الفاعلة التي بيدها مفاتيح كل شيئ سواء في اللجنة التنفيذية أو القيادة العليا مع رفيقيه في اللجنة العليا ، بل كان هو مرجعية التنظيم السياسي ( الحزب السري ) وبه وعنده يبدأ وينتهي كل شيئ ولكنه للأسف لم يفعل . ولعلم القراء أن المعركة التي قال أنهم حققوا بها هزيمة معنوية جرت مع اللواء 44 في منطقة الساحل وفقد اللواء في مجمل معاركه تلك وفي المعركة وما بعدها ما يزيد على 60مقاتل وإنسحب بأوامر من رئيس التنظيم حتى الضفة الأخرى لنهر عنسبا وتحندق في سلسلة جبال بانونا ديبا وخاض معركة ضارية وكبيرة دفع خلالها قوات الشعبية المهاجمة حتى منطقة فروق ، وكانت عدد ألوية الجبهة عدا الكتائب المستقلة 10 ألوية شارك منها فقط لواءان الأول اللواء المذكور أعلاه والآخر اللواء 64 الذي قاتل في جبهة دنكاليا وإنسحب منها عبر كبسا حتى دخل منطقة بركة وبالتالي ثمانية ألوية بكامل قوامها كانت في مواقع أخرى في مواجهة الجيش الأثيوبي لم تشارك في تلك المعركة في بداياتها الأولى ورغم معرفة تلك الحقيقة يصر الأستاذ على مقولاته حتى في بعض كتاباته ويستدرج للسير بعيداً عما كتب وكان من المفترض أن يقول لنا أن تلك المعركة التي لم تشارك فيها كل تلك القطعات العسكرية زلزلت أقدام الجبهة وضربت الروح القتالية لمناضليها لنبحث عندها الأسباب والدوافع لذلك التزلزل ونعرف ماذا حدث ولماذا حدث ذلك الانهيار الذي أدى لخروج الجبهة من ساحة الفعل ومن ثم تمزقها شيعاً وبقية القصة سار بها الركبان .

وذكر الأستاذ في صفحة 291 أن الهدف الاستراتيجي لجبهة التحرير الارترية وأولوياتها كانت تنطلق من بعد وطني شامل وفي مقدمته تحقيق الاستقلال وإقامة دولة إرتريا المستقلة ولم يذكر الأستاذ الفقرة المتعلقة بدولة أرتريا الديمقراطية وشكل ومواصفات السلطة والمشاركين فيها وفق منظور الجبهة والتي أقرت في برنامج المؤتمر الوطني الثاني وهي فقرة لها عمقها وبعدها السياسي والتاريخي وتدلل على الفرق الشاسع بين التنظيمين في تخيلهم لصورة السلطة المثلي في البلاد عقب التحرير ( إن صدق التطبيق العملي ) وما عند الجبهة كان أقدم تاريخياً إذ أقر في المؤتمر الوطني الثاني لجبهة التحرير الأرترية المنعقد في مايو ( آيار ) 1975 م وكان أعمق مضموناً ودللة وفيه ملامسة موضوعية لواقع التعدد الاجتماعي والديني والسياسي ووتلبية أشواق المطلوبات في الحياة الديمقراطية المثلى .

وذكر الأستاذ أن العقيدة العسكرية لجيش التحرير الارتري قامت على إعتبار أن جيش الاحتلال الأثيوبي العدو الاستراتيجي الأول الذي يجب إخراجه من الوطن .

وهنا نسأل الأستاذ من الذي أقر تلك العقيد أليس الجهاز القيادى أو لم يكن بمقدورها تطورها بإستمرار ألا تتيح هذه العقيدة التي ذكرتها الحق لجيش التحرير الارتري للدفاع عن وجود جبهة التحرير وعن المكاسب التي حققها بعد نضال قاسي وطويل بذلت الأرواح والدماء ؟ وماذا أراد الأستاذ من إيراد هذه الفقرة ؟ هل أراد أن يقول أن الجبهة لم تكن مهيأة لمقاتلة أحد سوى الجيش الاستعماري الأثيوبي ؟ وهل كان الجيش الاستعماري أضعف من جيش الشعبية وتحالفها فتفلح في مواجهته وهزيمته وتنكسر عند ملاقاة خصمها الجبهة الشعبية ، إنها معادلة غريبة علينا أن نبلعها هكذا دونما بحث في الأسباب والعوامل . ثم كيف تستقيم هذه الخلاصة والمعركة التي خيضت ضد قوات التحرير الشعبية واللجنة الثورية في العام 1979م أم أن دم هؤلاء لابواكي ولاوجيع له.داخل جبهة التحرير الأرترية ومن قال أنها معركة مرفوضة وصم باليمينية والرجعية والقبلية

هل أراد الأستاذ أن يقول أن التعبئة كانت خاطئة ؟ وإذا كان الأمر كذلك فمسؤولية من هي تلك التعبئة ورفع الروح المعنوية ، أليست مسؤولية المفوضين السياسيين ، ومن أين كان يأتي هؤلاء أولم كانوا يأتون من المكتب السياسي وتصادق عليهم اللجنة التنفيذية ويتبعون للمكتب السياسي وينفذون موجهاته ثم كان مندوبي الأمن في القطعات العسكرية وكانوا يأتون من مكتب الأمن ، إذاً كان اللواء أو الجبهة العسكرية تقاد من مراكز لها مرجعياتها المختلفة بما فيها المكتب العسكري وهو واحداً من مراكزها وكان هؤلاء قد طرحوا وطبقوا بشكل مباشرما سمي بالقيادة الجماعية وهي موجه لم يمارس قبلها وتختبر فعاليته وهنا إنتفى دور القائد الفرد الذي تنتهي مع أوامره كل الرغبات والآراء الأخرى وهو في المجال العسكري والاداري أمر خطير له نتائجه الوخيمة وهذا ما حصد نتائجه أبناء الجبهة .

وللأسف الشديد صور الأستاذ جيش التحرير وكأنه تجمع لجموع من المدنيين الذين لم يسمعوا يوماً بأبجديات الحرب وكأن هؤلاء ليسوا أولئك الجيش الذي أوقف زحف جحافل الجيوش الأثيوبية المدججة بكل ترسانة الاتحاد السوفيتي عند تخوم المدن بل أغلق عليها المدن بالحصار وسد أمامها الطرق وللأسف صوره الأستاذ وهو أحد قادته في اللجنة التنفيذية وكأنه ليس ذلك الجيش الذي قاتل حول أسمرا ومندفرا ودنكاليا وجبال الساحل وسمهر وسهول بركا ، وقهر جيوش أثيوبية كانت تمتلك كل وسائط النقل والدبابات وأنواع المدافع والطيران والمراكب الحربية ووسائط الاتصال الحديثة ، ليس هذا فحسب بل هزمه في عمق الديار الأثيوبية نفسها حيث لا الأرض ولا الحاضنة الشعبية عملت لصالحه ، هزم جيش كان يتفوق عليه مئات المرات من حيث العدد والتدريب والتسليح والخبرات والخبراء من المعسكر الاشتراكي ، هزم جيش له السيادة المطلق على السماء بسلاح الطيران . فكيف هزم هكذا جيش مرة واحدة وبتلك الطريقة المعروفة التي يخجل فرقائها عن ذكرها وطرح تفاصيلها لأن قصتها تدمي القلب وتذهل العقل بل حتى قيادة الشعبية نفسها ترمي بالأمر على كاهل تناقض قيادة الجبهة للتملص من المسؤولية الأخلاقية والتاريخية والسياسية فهي لاتقر أبداً حتى بمشاركة الوياني تجراي معها رغم إقرار الأخيرة بذلك الأمر ، وإذاً كان هناك أمر خطير وأكبر وعوامل أكثر من تشاطر قيادة الشعبية وذكائها وخدعها في المواجهة وبسالة الجيش الشعبي وبلعتها قيادة الجبهة التي أثبتت الأحداث بأنها مجموعة من المنظراتية والأغرار في أبجديات السياسة والقيادة لايتناسبون مع ذلك التاريخ والميراث المجيد لجيش التحرير الأرتري وقواعد جبهة التحرير الأرترية إن لم نقل أنها لم تكن حريصة وكانت تشغلها صراعات جوانية أخرى لاح في ذهن وإعتقاد بعض قياداتها وكادرها أن حسمها له الأولوية على التناقض وحرب الاجتثاث التي كانت الجبهة تواجها من الشعبية وهو تناقض أكبر وأجدر وله الأولوية والأرجحية ، وربما كان البعض يتوهم أن بمقدوره حسم آخر الجبهة وترتيب الاوضاع وإلتقاط الأنفاس عقب دخول الأراضي السودانية التي رجحوا أنهم قد يستقبلون فيها تماماً كما أستقبلت قوات التحرير عقب معركة قرقر وهذا ما يفسر الحديث الذي توهمه وأطلقه ذلك البعض وحتى أنت أيها الأستاذ وخلاصته أن عبد الله هو الذي طلب من السودانيين تجريد جيش التحرير الأرتري طرح الأمروكأن السودانيين يأتمرون ويقدرون الأمور برغبات وآراء عبدالله ، وكيف إستبعد الأستاذ إحتمالية إرتباط البعض مع قيادة الشعبية لتنفيذ أجندات مشتركة ليست بعيدة عن الجذر الجهوي والثقافي والهواجس النمطية وتوفير الشروط لسيطرة مكون وثقافة جزئية من عموم الثقافة الوطنية الأرترية وهذا ما يفسر عودة البعض لأحضان الشعبية التي قتلت رفاقه الذين لم تجف دماؤهم بتلك السرعة يل وشاركوا في صناعة سلطة الاستعلاء الماثلة في بلادنا ربما كان أصحاب تلك الأجندات وغيرهم يتوهمون أنهم يجب الأ يقاتلوا في تلك المعركة وأن يوفروا قدراتهم للاستفادة منها بعد حسم معركة السيطرة على التنظيم وطرد الرفاق أو من لم يروق لهم منهم وتلزيم تلك النتيجة للقيادات غير المرغوب فيها وترتب التنظيم بالكيفية التي يشتهون ، ويمكن للخيال أن يذهب بعيداً وخاصة حول الذين كانت بيدهم الأوامرية النهائية في تلك المرحلة من تاريخ الجبهة ولكن الهزيمة الماحقة قلبت كل الحسابات الضيقة والانعزالية والسلطوية رأساً على عقب .

ونعود لنسأل الأستاذ من الذي منع قيادة الجبهة السياسية من وضع خطة واضحة في مواجهة الحرب المفتوحة عليها أو لم تكن قيادة الجبهة أو بعضها يعتقد أن الشعبية تريد توسيع خلفيتها وليس إجتثاث الجبهة من الساحة ، أو لم تكن تلك المقولات تردد من البعض ولنتساءل هنا أين ومتى ضربت خلفية الجبهة ؟ واين كانت المباغتة ؟ وكيف تكون مباغتة ؟ ومادامت أن تلك الحرب كانت مفتوحة فمن الذي أمر جيش التحرير بالنزول من المناطق الاستراتيجية في منطقة بانونا ديبا للمناطق السهلية القريبة من خلفية الجبهة على الضفة الجنوبية الغربية لنهر عنسبا ، وإذا عرفنا بشكل واضح من أمر اللواء 44 بالإنسحاب من جبهة الساحل حتى لايقع تحت طائلة الحصار في تقدير للموقف أليس من حقنا أن نعرف باقي الحقيقة أم ثدر علينا نرى ونعرف جزئية من الصورة ، أليست إدعاءات أن جيش التحرير لايعرف القتال في المناطق الجبلية وسحبه من المواقع الاستراتيجية و الذي أمر لجلب معدات الحفر للخنادق في المناطق السهلية واحدة من العقليات التي فرضت الهزيمة أو ليس من فرض الانسحابات العشوائية وكان يعمل على تثبيط الهمم وينشر الشائعات المتنوعة ويطلق العنان لمقولات من يقتل من هو من فرض الهزيمة .

أما أهم لعوامل التي أغفلها الأستاذ في تشخيصه لأسباب هزيمة الجبهة ( السبب الداخلي ) والتي يمكن تلخيصها .

·       ربط جبهات القتال باللجنة التنفيذية ويطلع رئيس المكتب العسكري على تقارير الألوية والجبهات العسكرية كغيره من الأعضاء داخل اللجنة التنفيذية ويدلي برأيه مثلهم .

·       تصاعد التناقضات اليومية بين القيادات العسكرية المباشرة والمفوضين السياسيين .

·       الاختراق الواسع داخل الجيش من قبل مخابرات الشعبية ومنسوبيها .

·       دور حزب العمل الذي أدار بنفسه كل الأمور .

·       إنكماش دور اللجنة التنفيذية وهي الجهاز الحاكم والحاسم بالنسبة للتنظيم وهي أضحت مجرد آلية لتنفيذ قرارات المكتب السياسي للحزب .

·       إنتشار مقولات من يقتل من .

وأنشط ذاكرة الأستاذ حول التصرفات الفردية والعقلية الإرجائية التي كانت تقود الجبهة وأرجائها لمعالجة جذور المشكلات التي كانت تعصف بالتنظيم في وقتها مباشرة ، ومثال على ذلك ما حدث قبيل المؤتمر الوطني الثاني الذي كانت تدور فيه معارك طاحنة بين طرفي الثورة بين وحدات جيش التحرير الارتري ووحدات قوات التحرير الشعبية وقد برزت في ذلك الوقت المبكر مجموعات تقول من يقاتل من وكان هنالك أكثر من 80 جندي سحبوا للخلفية لتفشي هذه الظاهرة وكان ذلك تأشير مبكر لسريان هكذا أفكار وربما تكون إختراق مبكر وكانت تلك المواقف والمشاعر بين فئات معلومة من جيش التحرير الارتري ولم تتحسب لها قيادة الجبهة أو تدرسها وتضع التدابير التي لاتسمح لمثل هكذا مشاعر ومواقف وسط الجيش أن تتكرر وتضع أيضاً تدابير عدم تأثير أصحاب هكذا مواقف على الأحداث وبدلاً من ذلك أصدر نائب رئيس التنظيم آنذاك بيان وقبل أن يستصحب رأي القيادة العسكرية على الأرض حول أسمرا بل وحتى رفاقه في القيادة السياسية وقرر عقب ذلك البيان وفيه أن يكون شارع الأسفلت الرابط بين أسمرا كرن هو الحد الفاصل بين القوتين الغرب المؤدي لسهول بركة للجبهة والشرق للقوات الشعبية .

ولهذا تكررت ظاهرة تلك المقولات بل وحدث الاختراق الذي إتضح أفراده كجموع وأفراد لاحقاً وربما يكشف البعض منهم في وقت من الأوقات أنه كان يناضل وسط الجبهة لتفتيتها من الداخل وربما كان يعمل لاستخراج شهادة وفاة لها من أجل الوصول للنتيجة الماثلة اليوم في بلادنا سيادة الاستعلائين الجدد الذين يحلمون باليوم الذي لاوجود فيه للشريك الآخر في إرتريا وربما يعملون الآن لتحقيق ذلك .بوتيرة متسارعة ليل نهار مستفيدين من آليات السلطة والدولة .

هكذا أخرج أكبر تنظيم سياسي أبدعه الشعب الارتري العظيم وشق به طريق الكفاح من أجل إستعادة الحقوق الوطنية الارترية من ساحة الفعل المؤثر على مجريات الواقع الارتري اليومي وتحول من بقى متمسكاً بالنضال من رفاق يلهث ويصارع كل العوامل والظروف الموضوعية والذاتية غير المواتية ومن بينهم الأستاذ ورفاقه ليبقى وليكون له مكان تحت سقف الشمس ليسهم في إسعاد الشعب وتجميل الحياة السياسية والوطنية في إرتريا .

هكذا أسدل الستار على أعظم صفحات تاريخ كفاح شعبنا ومقاتلي جيش التحرير الأرتري الباسل على يد تلك القيادة المجلس الثوري التي بددت قدرات وبذل شعب في جبهة التحرير بل تمدد الأمر لإبادة جل الوثائق المرتبطة بتلك المرحلة وحتى تلك التي ذهب بها الرفاق الذين إرتضوا الجبهة الشعبية طمرتها حتى لاتبرز تاريخ ويوميات مرحلة لها عليها ملاحظات حتى تبقى المتحدث الوحيد على منصة التاريخ وتصبغ الأجيال بصبغتها وترمي غيرها بالتهم وهو غائب أو مغيب وتقول هو متخلف لم يهتم بالتوثيق لأنه ينتمي لجذر لاعلاقة له بالتمدن والتطور وهي وحدها من أنجز ذلك التاريخ المجيد من الكفاح الارتري الباسل وحتى ما تبقى من نتف بأيدي بعض الفاعلين بما فيها المذكرات والصور عن تلك المرحلة فقد حالت دونها والأجيال عقليات عائلية إعتقدت أن تلك المستندات ميراث عائلي وهو في تقديري خطؤ فادح ساعد المعتمين على نضالات ورجال تلك المرحلة بما فيه تاريخ آباءهم .

أما حول تعليقات البعض على بعض الحلقات فما أود قوله توضيحاً أن نقاش ما طرحه الأستاذ إبراهيم محمد علي كفاعل في تاريخ تلك المرحلة إنما كان قراءة وتوضيح لحقائق موضوعية رأيت أن الأستاذ تجاوزها وليس تطاول على مناضل أكن له كل الاحترام وله سهمه في البذل والعطاء من أجل الشعب الارتري بصرف النظر عن الرأي فيما كتب وإذ عد البعض التعليق أو الكتابة القراءة حول ما يكتب الفاعلين يعتبر تطاول وما كتبه هؤلاء ينبغي أن نأخذه كمسلمات ومقدسات وحقائق لايأتيها الباطل من بين يديها ومن خلفها فهذه مصيبة وإثم كبير ، ثم من قال لذلك البعض أن من يكتب أويعلق يجب أن يشارك في تلك الأحداث وإذا إعتبرنا هذا الفهم صحيحا فإن كل ما نقرأ من تاريخ ويوميات كتبها رجال لهم أدواتهم ولم يعايشوا تلك الوقائع ولا أدعي أن ما كتبته هو الحقيقة المطلقة ولكنه وجه من وجوه ما دار والهدف إكتمال الصورة والحمد لله فأنا إبن أسرة أعطى رجالها العمر للنضال الوطني الأب والأعمام منذ البدايات الأولى ميراثي الوحيد أني إبن هؤلاء المناضلين أعتز عشت يوميات الثورة وطحنت بمعاناتها وشهدت مئات المناضلين في بيتي الأسري ثم مكاتب التنظيم ودورات المناضلين التي لم تنقطع عنا أبدا حيث كنت أدرس بفضل جبهة التحرير بفضل شعبنا المناضل وهذا مكنني من تسجيل مئات المواقف ، كما أتاحت لي ولبعض الأقران المشاركة في أول خدمة وطنية بالميدان 1977 ـ 1978م وهذا مكنني من معايشة عام كامل في الميدان وكنت معلم خدمة مع رفيقي الدكتور كرار عواتي في بلدة قونيا بالقرب من مدينة بارنتو حيث كان دوي المدافع وأزيز الرصاص وهدير الطائرات وصرير جنازير الدبابات وكنا نكابد من أجل تدريس أبناء شعبنا في تلك الظروف .

أما البعض المسكون بالاستعلاء وبكيف كتبت ومن أنا فلا يستحق الرد فالرأي بالرأي يقارع .

أملي أن أكون قد أوفيت رسالتي تجاه من مضى من رفاق .

للجميع خالص التقدير لمن إتفق أو إختلف معي وللأستاذ أبراهيم موفور الصحة والسلامة وطول العمر .
